JSI Tip 3691. Corrupt network printer registry entries may cause some applications to fail?

If some users, even administrators, experience Explorer.exe crashes when attempting to launch an application, the problem could be corrupt network printer registry entries in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER registry hive.

If you suspect this problem, delete the network printers registry entries from the users \Printers\Connections subkey. Then reinstall the network printers.
