JSI Tip 3678. Windows 2000 Terminal Services Manager just blinks on the taskbar, and you can't switch to it?

If you start the Terminal Services Manager tool in Minimized mode on a Windows 2000 Terminal Server Console, you may experience the subject difficulty.

NOTE: This only happens in a console session, not in a Remote Desktop Protocol session.

To resolve this issue:

1. Start / Programs / Administrative Tools.

2. Right-click Terminal Services Manager and then press Properties.

3. Set Run: to Maximized.

4. Press OK.
