The NTFRS (File Replication Service) log on your server, %SystemRoot%\Debug\NtFrs_nnnn.log records the following error:
Error compressing data. WStatus = 0xea
Replication for that file has failed.
If the compression algorithm tries to compress the file before it is pre-staged by NTFRS, the compressed file appears to be larger that it was before compression.
To resolve the problem, use the Expand command to decompress the file and then use the Compress utility to recompress the file. This should cause NTFRS to replicate the file.
