When you make DOD interface changes within RRAS, such as DNS Server settings, the changes don't take effect, even if you disconnect and reconnect the DOD interface?
You must restart the RRAS service for these changes to take effect:
1. Start / Settings / Administrative Tools / Routing and Remote Access.
2. Right click the server icon and press All Tasks.
3. Press Restart.
Alternately, you can open a CMD prompt and type:
net stop RemoteAccess
net start RemoteAccess
