JSI Tip 3377. 'Cannot Delete Index. Access is Denied'?

When you try to delete the \Temporary Internet Files\Content.ie5 folder, you receive:

Confirm Folder Delete

The folder Content.ie5 is a system folder. If you delete it, Windows or another program
may no longer work correctly. Are you sure you want to delete this folder and move all
of it's contents to the Recycle Bin?
If you press Yes (if prompted), the folder is recreated the next time you start Internet Explorer.

When you try to remove the folder from the Recycle Bin, you receive:

Cannot delete Index. Access is Denied. Make sure the disk is not full
or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
This System folder should NOT be deleted.

To workaround the problem:

1. Shutdown and restart your computer.

2. Logon and empty the Recycle Bin.

3. Start Internet Explorer to recreate the Content.ie5 folder.
