JSI Tip 2989. The Audio Record options are not available in the Phone Dialer?

When you press Edit / Options / Audio/Video in the Phone Dialer, the Audio Record and Audio Playback options are not available?

Generally, this means that you do not have a Windows 2000 voice-compatible modem driver installed.
