The Adminpak.msi package has be updated with fixes from SP1.
If Adminpak.msi was installed prior to applying SP1, its' files were properly updated by the service pack.
If you wish to install the Adminpak.msi package after a service pack is installed, use the Adminpak.msi file from the I386 folder of the Service pack media, a slipstream folder, or from the expanded I386 folder of your downloaded Service pack, by running spnnetwork.exe /x, where n is the service pack number.
