JSI Tip 2313. How do I control new lines in the Windows 2000 LegalNoticeText?

In tip 1642, we managed new lines in the LegalNoticeText for Windows NT.

Windows 2000 requires the insertion of 0D000A00.

NOTE: Instead of counting, you could enter a tilde (~) at the beginning of each line and replace the resultant 7E00 with 0D000A00 when you edit the string in Binary.
