If you need the ability to modify a MS-DOS based program's keyboard polling rate, to get acceptable performance in Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server Edition, don't upgrade to Windows 2000.
As of the April, 2000, there is no Doskbd for Windows 2000 and the Windows NT 4.0 version does not work.
