JSI Tip 2225. Cluster Administrator won't stop the Cluster Server on my WinNT 4.0 Enterprise Server?

When you use Cluster Administrator to stop the Cluster Server service, you receive:

An error occurred attempting to stop the cluster service on node X. A stop control has been sent to a service which other running services are dependent on.
Error ID 1051 (0000041b)

If you have dependent services, Cluster Administrator can't stop the Cluster Server service.

A workaround is to use Server Manager or the Service Control Manager.
