If the Clipbook Viewer (Clipbk.exe) issues:
Enter Network Access Password for Server: computer name, DDE Share CLPBK$
and no matter what you enter, it displays Incorrect Password, you do not have the right to establish a NetDDE session.
To resolve the problem, verify that your domain account or the Domain Users global group has the right to Access this computer from the network.
NOTE: You use User Manager / Policies to perform this task.
