        Description: The service could not bind instance 1. The data is the error code.

you have invalid information in the IIS metabase at SecureBindings.

To fix this, type:

%SystemRoot%\System32\Inetsrv\Adminsamples\adsutil set w3svc/1/SecureBindings :443:

NOTE: You can replace 443 with another port number.
