When you logon to a print server, it appears to hang?
If you are able to stop the Spooler and restart the Spooler, it hangs again?
This can happen if you have a very large number of jobs in the %SystemRoot%\System32\Spool\Printers folder or your relocated spool.
If you are able to stop the Spooler, move the files to a temporary location and copy them back a few at a time.
If you can't, boot to an alternate install to move the files.
