JSI Tip 1768. SP6 relocates printer keys.

After you apply Service Pack 6, local and network printer keys in the registry are relocated.

The local printer keys are relocated

from	HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers
to	HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Print\Printers.

The network printer keys are relocated

from	HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Providers\LanManPrintServices
to	HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Print\Printers\Providers\LanManPrintServices.

NOTE: The above information was based upon some pre-release information and is NOT Correct. All keys remain in the original locations. The local printer keys have been copied, not relocated. The network printer keys have NOT been copied to the new location.

NOTE: Windows 2000 implements the new key locations.
