You can cause the Exchange Internet Mail Connector (IMC) to autoprefix a Reply or Forward (placing a > in front of each line of the origonal message). To do this, use Regedt32 to navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIMC\Parameters\UseRTFText A data value of 1 enables autoprefixing. A 0 turns it off.
NOTE: The > is not configurable.
