JSI Tip 1696. How do I combine the contents of 2 or more files?

I get this question so many times, I figured I better post it.

You use the Copy command:

Copy filename1.ext1+filename2.ext2\[+filename3.ext3\] file.ext

NOTE: The resultant file can be one of the input files.
