You can cause
Exchange 5.5 to support time zone declarations not defined in
RFC 822.
To configure the Internet Mail Service (IMS), use Regedt32 to navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\ParametersSystem\InternetContentOn the Edit menu, Add Value name NewTimeZones as a type REG_MULTI_SZ entry. You may add multiple time zones, one per line, using the <New Time Zone;Time Offset> format, where:
New Time Zone is any 3 character string.
Time Offset is +/-XX:XX; expressed in hours (0-12) and minutes (0-59), from GMT.
Example: LCL;-5:00
Stop and restart the information store and the IMS.
NOTE: You will have to manually adjust for Daylight Savings Time.
