JSI Tip 1397. Server Manager: "The system call level is not correct.".

When you send a message in Server Manager, you receive:

The system call level is not correct.

Win9x computers do not support Server Side Named Pipes.

Use the NET SEND command or NT_HAIL, both of which uses Client Side Named Pipes.

NOTE: WinPopUp must be running on the Win9x clients.
