In tip 0055, we introduced editing the c:\boot.ini file to adjust the timeout=. In tip 0906, we saw that setting timeout=0 causes the default= operating system to always be selected, without a count down.
If you wish to disable the count down, requiring the user to select the operation system and to press Enter,
set timeout=-1.
