Exchange Server in SBS 4.5 no longer limits the size of outbound e-mail messages to 800KB.
If you wish to impose a size limit:
1. Start / Programs / Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft Exchange Administrator.
2. Select the server you are going to administer using the Browse function and click OK.
3. Double-click Server in the left hand pane.
4. Double-click Configuration.
5. Double-click Connections.
6. Double-click Internet Mail Service.
7. On the General tab, type or click the maximum message size limit in the Message Size box.
