JSI Tip 1321. 16-bit program title has pipe (|) symbol?

When you view the Properties of a shortcut to a 16-bit program, the title contains the pipe (|) symbol for any extended ASCII character.

This can happen if the 16-bit program is in a folder with a very very long name.

There is no fix for this problem, but it should not effect functionality.
