When you attempt to send an e-mail using Outlook Express 6 you receive a 0x800c013b error and the e-mail is not posted to the Sent Items folder.
This behavior will occur of the Outlook Express .dbx files are stored on a network share. Microsoft only supports storing .dbx files locally.
To resolve this problem, store the Outlook Express .dbx files on a local disk.
