JSI Tip 10190. You experience slow system performance when you install and uninstall your network adapter driver?

When you install and uninstall your network adapter driver on Windows Server 2003, you eventually experience slow system performance.

NOTE: This issue may not occur until you install and uninstall your network adapter driver 1000 times.

This behavior occurs because of a handle leak in the NetMan (Network Connections) service.

To workaround this behavior, periodically restart your server.
