JSI Tip 10083. How do I set the minimum password length to 15?

Using a long password or passphrase is much more secure that using a short one. Unfortunately, minimum password length is limited to 14 characters.

When coupled with password complexity, history, and age limits, long pass phrases are much more secure, and easier to remember, as in:

My 2nd cat's name is C.C.!
