JSI Tip 0837. Service Pack 4 Setup Error.

If you expanded the Servixce Pack, you must switch to the Update folder which contains:

setupapi.dll
spawncmd.exe
update.exe
update.inf
y2ksetup.exe
y2ksetup.ini

You must run update.exe from the Update sub-directory.
