JSI Tip 0822. Do not uninstall pre SP4 hotfixes.

If you run HOTFIX -u to uninstall a pre SP4 hotix, it will restore file(s) to a pre SP4 state. This could render your system inoperative.

Once you are sure you will not be uninstalling SP4, remove the pre SP4 hotixes by deleting them
from the registry and folder as described in tip 068.
