If you have:
1. W9x clients.
2. Account lockout configured.
3. W9x users who don't remember their old password when changing their domain password
(and they keep trying enough times to trip the lockout).
you will receive the subject message in the system event log. To correct the problem:
1. Unlock the account.
2. Educate the W9x user.
