If you have mapped a drive letter to a share and the underlying folder has a LFN (Long File Name) or one that does not conform to the 8.3 convention, this is the likely cause.
The resolve the problem, use any of the following:
- Use UNC convention to address the share; i.e. \\<ServerName>\<ShareName>.
- Use File Manager (Winfile.exe).
- Rename the folder using 8.3 convention.
