If you begin to install a PNP device but subsequently responed NO when prompted to install a device, you will never be prompted again.
To enable this prompt, you must delete any occurances of the device from
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\pnpisa and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\ISAPNP
Note: You may have to modify registry permissions to enable you to access/delete these subkeys.
Locate the device subkey by inspecting the Description value in each subkey. When you locate the device, delete its' subkey.
When you are finished, locate the device driver (mentioned in the subkey) and delete its' filename.
Reboot.
