JSI Tip 0646 - Copy changes the time stamp to an even number on FAt.

When you copy a file from NTFS to FAT, the time stamp on the file changes to an even number.

This is by design. File time stamps on a FAT partition are rounded to the nearest two seconds. When you copy a file that has an odd time stamp to a FAT partition, the time stamp is rounded.

If you don't like this behavior, don't use FAT.
