I've installed ISA now my Internet Connection Sharing no longer works.

A. You cannot have Internet Connection Sharing enabled on the same machine as ISA is installed. If you want to use ISA, you will need to disable ICS and configure your clients to use ISA. ISA and Internet Connection Sharing are mutually exclusive.
