Intel’s computer on a stick launched earlier this year, but came pre-loaded with Windows 8.1. Of course, it was capable of upgrading to Windows 10 and many who bought the product did just that.
Now the company has taken the wraps off an upgraded version of the stick computer. Not only has the hardware been slightly modified, but the Intel Compute Stick now comes pre-installed with Windows 10.
The Intel Compute Stick connects to any HDMI display and turns it into a fully functioning Windows 10 computer. My first experience with this solution was on the Microsoft campus this summer in the off-site, super-secret Retail Solutions Experience.
Amazon.com has the PC stick for around $150.00: Intel Compute Stick Windows 10
Order now and it will start shipping on November 6th. If not for yourself, this would make an awesome Christmas gift for someone. All they need is a keyboard, mouse, and HDMI compatible display.
