How do I use the Terminal Services Microsoft Installer (MSI) Client?

A. Part of the Windows 2000 Server Terminal Services Advanced Client is the new MSI Client. This client is very similar to the existing Terminal Services client except that Microsoft has packaged it in the new Win2K Windows Installer format (i.e., as an .msi file).

This client is located in the %systemDrive%\Program Files\Terminal Services Client MSI folder. To install it, right-click it and select Install from the context menu. The best feature of the MSI format is that you can deploy it as part of a Group Policy and when you do, if you experience a file/registry corruption problem, the installation will self-heal.
