How do I disable operator/assisted dial on may RAS connections?

A. If when you try and connect to your ISP via RAS you receive the following:

Operator or Assisted Dial
Pick up the hand set and dial (or ask the operator to dial)
Press OK after dialling then replace the handset.

To resolve perform the following:

1. Right click My Network Places
2. Select Properties
3. Select the Advanced menu
4. Uncheck "Operated-Assisted Dialing"
