A. If you have multiple servers in a site and a server no longer exists you can delete it from the Exchange Administrator program by performing the following:
- Start the Exchange Administrator Program
- Expand the site name, e.g. Legal, expand Configuration then Servers
- Select the server you wish to delete and press the DEL key
- A check will be performed that the server can't be found
- Once the server is not found accept any of the dialogs
The server will now be removed.
