A. To connect your Pocket PC device to an MSN account to retrieve email, you need to add the MSN E-mail for Pocket PC add-on to the Pocket PC's Inbox so that the Inbox can connect to MSN's mail server. You can download the file from Microsoft's Web site .
After you download the file, you simply install it just like any other Pocket PC application. Once the file is installed, you must provide three unique pieces of information to complete the Inbox configuration process:
- The MSN dial-up number: http://supportservices.msn.com/us/phoneaccess.asp
- MSN's POP3 server name: pop3.email.msn.com
- MSN's SMTP server name: secure.smtp.email.msn.com
