A. The previous 30 days of calls (both incoming and outgoing) are logged to file %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Dialer\<username>_call_log.txt.
It can also be viewed by 'Call Log' from the View menu.
An example of an outgoing and incoming log is:
