A. Microsoft provides Not For Resale versions of Windows NT Server as part of kits such as Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN). This software is fully functional, except that it has a set number of licenses (i.e., 5 or 10), and you can’t increase the set number.
To test if your installation is a Full or Not For Resale version, download WinInfo from http://www.savilltech.com/download/wininfo.zip and check the Installation type value. If it says Not For Resale Version, then your limit is 10 clients.
