The tool lets you easily enable and disable envelope journaling. After you download the tool, use the following command to enable envelope journaling:

C:\temp\Exejcfg>exejcfg -e

To disable envelop journaling, run the same command but with the -d option instead of -e. You MUST NOT have the JournalBCC registry value enabled or envelope journaling won't function. Envelope journaling has BCC functionality built in so the registry value isn't needed anyway.
