How can I change the location where Windows Server 2003 R2 Storage Reports are saved?

A. You can change the default location for reports (%systemdrive%\storagereports) by performing these steps:

  1. Start the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) File Server Resource Manager snap-in (Start, Programs, Administrative Tools, File Server Resource Manager). Right-click the root of the File Server Resource Manager tree and select Configure Options, as the figure shows.
  2. Select the Report Locations tab.
  3. You can select a folder for each of the report execution types (incident, scheduled, and on-demand), as the figure shows. After you specify a location, click OK.
