Q: How can I hide the Action pane for a Microsoft Management Console (MMC) 3.0 window?
A. If a saved MMC console has the Action pane displayed, and you want to reclaim the space, you can select Customize from the View menu and clear the "Action pane" check box. You'll notice you can control the viewing of the other major MMC components from this Customize View dialog box as well.
