Most picture formatting, including size, position, border, and effects, is managed using the Format Picture command.
To access the Format Picture command, do one of the following:
- Right-click a picture and choose Format Picture.
- Click the Format Picture button on the Picture toolbar.
- Choose Format → Picture.
