Flagship Apple Store Traps Customers in Elevator

Going down! Apple recently opened its latest flagship retail location in New York City, but as with the latest version of its OS, perhaps Apple should have worked out the bugs first. The store's fantastical Willy Wonka-like glass elevator apparently broke down last week, trapping the customers inside on the top floor. Fear not, however, as the New York Police Department eventually came to their rescue about 45 minutes after the escapade began. The funny part, of course, is that because the elevator is made of glass, the trapped customers were literally like animals in the zoo: You could look but not touch. Silly
