Enter information into a Word form

To use a Word form:

  1. Choose File → New.
  2. In the New Document task pane, locate the template that is the form. If it is not in the Recently used templates section, click On my computer and locate the template.
  3. Enter information into each form field. Press Tab or Shift+Tab to navigate easily between fields.
  4. Save the instance of the form.

Plain text

  • No HTML tags allowed.
  • Web page addresses and e-mail addresses turn into links automatically.
  • Lines and paragraphs break automatically.
