Edit a form

To edit a form and change its layout or the fields it includes, you must open the template.

Choose File → Open.
Navigate to your templates folder.
If you are unsure where your templates are stored, choose Tools ? Options and click the File Locations tab. Examine the User templates entry.
Select the template.
Click Open.
