Q. What date shortcuts can I use in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007?
A. If you need to enter a date-related item in Outlook 2007, in addition to just entering a date or selecting from the graphical calendar, you can use various words and Outlook will automatically fill in the date. For example, if today is 3/3/2007, then entering the following words will provide the date shown:- today - 3/3/2007
- yesterday - 3/2/2007
- tomorrow - 3/4/2007
- next week - 3/10/2007
- 2 weeks - 3/17/2007
- 1 month - 4/3/2007
- 1 year - 3/3/2008
You can also add "ago" to the end of a phrase (e.g., "2 weeks ago" would set date to 2/17/2007.
