Change the way subordinates appear below a manager

When you add an employee, the new element is connected to its manager with lines that descend from the manager into the top-center of each subordinate. You can change the behavior of the connectors using the Layout button on the toolbar.

1. Select the manager.
2. Click the Layout button on the Organization Chart toolbar.

   

3. Choose one of the layout options.

You can also right-click the manager and select from the Layout menu.
