Change the size of one column or row

• Drag a column/row border
• Double-click a column/row border to AutoFit the column/row to the correct width/height.

When it comes time to change the width of more than one column or row, it gets just slightly trickier. Typically, when columns have numbers, you want the columns to have the same width; whereas when columns have text, you want each column to be 'just wide enough' for the text the column.
