Celebrate SysAdmin Day with Free Enterprise Management Software

SysAdmin Day approaches!

SysAdmin Day is an annual appreciation holiday put together for those busy, hard-working, seemingly tireless individuals who risk pride and sometimes life and limb to support a wide ranging level of end-users' requests and demands. IT can be a thankless job. Businesses take IT Pros for granted sometimes, so for at least one day during the year, management should be able to take an official break from pushing project deadlines and counting bathroom breaks and offer some gratitude for a job well done. That's what SysAdmin Day is intended to provide.

What started out as an afterthought on July 28, 2000, SysAdminDay has turned into a fully realized celebration of system administrators in many places and many countries.

This year, the 15th annual SysAdmin Day falls on Friday, July 25, and to help us here at WindowsITPro celebrate you, P.J. Technologies is giving away its Enterprise-level, Goverlan remote management suite to 1,000 lucky SysAdmins. If you've not had a chance to take a look at Goverlan yet, it's a comprehensive, agentless suite that provides diagnostics, remote control, inventory, and configuration management. Manage servers, users, workstations from within Active Directory or even in workgroups.

The company will be selecting the recipients of the free software on SysAdmin Day (Friday), but those reading about it here can get early access to sign-up and be alerted over email for when the offer kicks-off.

To be notified over email go here: Goverlan SysAdmin Day Celebration

This is an awesome opportunity for 1,000 lucky SysAdmins to finally put a good management system in place (for free, I might add), ensuring that this next year is spent simplifying operations instead of chasing endless fires.
