AT&T to Name that Tune

How many times have you listened to the radio and heard a song you recognized, but you couldn't remember the song's name? AT&T Wireless is now offering a new service to subscribers that lets them dial a three-digit number, hold up their mobile phone to the speaker for 15 seconds, and get the song's identity. The company boasts that the service can recognize more than 1 million popular songs. After the service determines the song name, it sends a text message to the caller's mobile phone with artist and song details. The first search is free, but additional searches cost 99 cents. If the service can't identify the song, your feeling of emptiness will remain, but you won't be billed. A similar service has been available in the United Kingdom since last year. Yes, bored people are everywhere
